All faculty and staff are advised that Sarah Lawrence College’s Office of Marketing & Communications photographs and videotapes members of the campus community throughout the year, which may include in classrooms, in study areas, at athletic events, and at other Sarah Lawrence on- and off-campus activities. Sarah Lawrence College reserves the right to employ these photographs and videotapes as a part of its internal and external communications efforts. Therefore, faculty and staff who are employed at Sarah Lawrence College do so with the understanding that their images, names, voices, and likenesses may be included, published, or used in perpetuity in Sarah Lawrence College publications including print, broadcast, social, and/or other electronic media for publicity or marketing purposes, and their employment constitutes consent to such inclusion.
Any faculty or staff member not wishing to allow his or her photographic or video likeness, name, or voice to be thus utilized should write or email the Sarah Lawrence College Office of Marketing & Communications with the subject line: Photo opt out. Please be certain to include your full name and employee ID number, without which requests cannot be accommodated.
