After three months of service, all full-time and regular part-time non-exempt employees are eligible for two paid personal days per fiscal year (June 1 through May 31). Exempt employees (administration/professionals) are not eligible for personal days.
Nine- and ten-month non-exempt and exempt employees (who do not accrue vacation time) are eligible for five paid personal days during the fiscal year. This allowance is pro-rated for nine- and ten-month employees who work less than 35 hours per week, in accordance with their normal work schedule
Unused personal days may not be held over to the next fiscal year and an employee will not be paid for unused personal days upon termination of employment.
