The Office of Student Accounts at Sarah Lawrence College oversees all aspects of student billing and payment services.  We are responsible for the assessment and collection of tuition, fees, and other institutional charges, as well as the processing of refunds and the maintenance of student financial records.

Our office serves as a central resource for students and families seeking information about account balances, payment options, and billing policies throughout the academic year.

Services We Provide:

  • Assessment of tuition and required fees
  • Issuance of billing statements and account summaries
  • Payment processing and due date management
  • Enrollment in and management of monthly payment plans
  • Processing of refunds and credit balances
  • Coordination with Financial Aid and other offices regarding account adjustments
  • Responses to general account-related inquiries and frequently asked questions

Hours of Operation:  Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Pay Your Housing
Deposit Online

Students can begin submitting the housing deposit for Spring 2026 on October 27, 2025. The deadline to pay the housing deposit is January 2, 2026 at 5:00 pm. Housing applications will not be considered complete and/or in compliance until we have received both the housing application AND the $450 housing deposit.
