All Counseling & Psychological services appointments for fall 2021 will start with a Tele-Health appointment. If indicated, in-person appointments will be scheduled by your Tele-Health Clinician.
Our staff includes licensed psychologists, clinical social workers and a part-time psychiatrist who are specifically trained to work with college students.
All Counseling & Psychological services begin with an initial 30 minute tele-therapy consultation where you will have a chance to talk about the concerns you wish to address. Based on the information presented, you and the therapist will decide upon a treatment plan. Treatment plans may include tele-therapy care with a campus therapist, a tele-health medication evaluation with our campus psychiatrist, or off-campus referrals for on-going care. (Click here to schedule an initial 30 minute consultation).
Campus Tele-Therapy Care: Campus tele-therapy care includes a comprehensive tele-therapy intake appointment after which students may engage in individual tele-therapy sessions (weekly, 45 minutes, up to six individual sessions per academic year); group tele-therapy sessions (weekly, 60-75 minutes. unlimited group sessions per academic year); or self-care tele-therapy sessions (biweekly, 30 minutes, flexible sessions per academic year).
