For eligible employees who were employed before June 1, 2013:

Dependent children of full-time eligible faculty, administration and staff may be admitted as "guest" students only in under-registered undergraduate courses and receive 60% remission of current credit charges for each course. Dependent children of part-time eligible employees who are admitted as guest students receive 30% remission. If the course is to be taken for credit, students may not receive a benefit in excess of the maximum undergraduate education benefit credits allowed.

Dependent children who take undergraduate summer courses as guest students receive 60% remission if their parent works full-time and 30% remission if their parent works part-time. If the course is to be taken for credit, students may not receive a benefit in excess of the maximum undergraduate education benefit credits allowed.

For eligible employees who were employed on or after June 1, 2013 or who were not eligible prior to June 1, 2013:

Dependent children of full time eligible faculty, administration and staff may be admitted as “guest” students only in under-registered undergraduate courses and receive 30% remission of current credit charges for each course or program taken. Dependent children of part time employees who are admitted as “guest” students receive 15% remission. If the course is to be taken for credit students may not receive a benefit in excess of the maximum undergraduate education benefit credits allowed.

Dependent children who take undergraduate summer courses as “guest” students receive 30% remission if their parent works full time and 15% remission if their parent works part-time. If the course is to be taken for credit students may not receive a benefit in excess of the maximum undergraduate education benefit credits allowed.
