Mindfulness

The Health & Wellness Center clinicians have recorded guided meditations of varying lengths that can be listened to as a study break, to help settle the mind before bed, or any time you can find a moment to recharge. You may listen to recordings below or reserve time to listen in the Wellness Room at the Health & Wellness Center.

SLC Students: To reserve a 30 minute sessions in the Wellness Room, go to "Click here to make a Medical or Mental Health appointment or to access your secure messages from the Health & Wellness Center" in the upper right corner of this page. Select "Wellness Room" from the appointment drop down menu.
