You may use the IRS W-9S to provide your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) to the College. The College must have your correct TIN in order to issue a 1098-T informational return to students and the IRS.

The College has arranged for students' tuition and room and board fees to be optionally insured by A.W.G. Dewar, Inc. The fee for this insurance is $730 for the year. It is included on the bill but may be waived if it is not desired. More information is available in the Tuition Refund Plan Pamphlet and from the Student Accounts Office.
