MySLC

All meal plan details can be found on the MySLC page. If you are looking to make changes to your meal plan, please use the Meal Plan Change Form. Please note you must be logged in MySLC to access the form.

Report your card lost and deactivate it. Please note that you will need to be logged in with your MySLC login information to access the form.

You will need to visit Campus Operations (Purple Door at Andrews Annex) to get a replacement ID. The fee to replace a lost student ID card is $40, which will be charged to your student account.

Please contact Campus Operations (Purple Door at Andrews Annex) to report any lost or stolen keys. Lost keys should be reported and replaced immediately. Failure to do so puts other residents at risk. Key replacements are issued at a cost of $50 per key.

If Campus Operations deems it necessary to change the lock(s), they will be changed at a cost of $50 per lock, along with an additional cost for a new set of keys, which will be billed to the student's account. The College reserves the right to require a student to have the room lock changed.

The Office of Residential Life is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is located in the Student Life Suite at Bates 220. Please note that the office is closed during university holidays and academic recesses. Availability may also be limited at times due to scheduled meetings or unforeseen circumstances.

A friendly reminder for families and supporters: We welcome inquiries and questions from parents, family members, and other supporters. However, in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and applicable student privacy regulations, there may be limitations on the student-specific information we are able to share. When additional follow-up is needed, our office will work directly with the student, as appropriate, to address concerns, answer questions, and facilitate requests. We appreciate the partnership of families and supporters as we work to support our students while respecting their privacy.
