Description

This course focuses on building cardiovascular endurance, strength, and full-body fitness through rowing exercises on ergometers (ergs) and in a rowing tank. Students will learn proper rowing technique, pacing strategies, and how to use rowing as an effective workout. Each session incorporates interval training, endurance rows, and strength-building drills to improve overall fitness. The course is ideal for beginners and fitness enthusiasts looking to experience the physical and mental benefits of indoor rowing in a supportive and engaging environment.
