Description

The Pilates method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises developed by Joseph Pilates, over 90 years ago! It is designed to condition and connect body and mind, improve alignment, flexibility, muscle strength, and balance. This method of exercise hopes to achieve a streamlined body with long, limber, toned, and well-balanced muscles. These exercises will enhance one's performance in any athletic activity as well as enabling one to move through life with more energy and less stress!
