Description
This 14-week course is designed to introduce participants to the equipment and routines found in a fitness center, helping them build confidence and improve overall fitness. Each 45-minute session includes a warm-up, equipment instruction, a targeted workout, and a cool-down. Weekly sessions will focus on different pieces of fitness equipment, allowing students to explore machines, free weights, and functional training tools.
