Description

This course explores the connection between physical fitness, mental health, and mindfulness practices. Students will engage in yoga, meditation, breath work, and low-impact exercises to build strength, flexibility, and resilience. Each session incorporates reflection and wellness strategies to reduce stress and enhance overall well-being. The course is suitable for all fitness levels and emphasizes sustainable practices for lifelong health.
