Description

Cardio Kickboxing is an aerobic conditioning workout that utilizes shadowboxing combinations set to motivational music. The “cardio” portion of the class is followed by an abdominal workout and flexibility training. This class is designed for most all fitness levels and can be modified to a higher intensity or lower impact intensity to fit the participant’s goals. Suggestions on what to bring/wear are: water bottle, work-out attire, small towel and sneakers.
