Changing the Status of Tasks
This article describes how to change the status of a task. If you have completed a task on your "To-Do List," you may want to change the status of that task to reflect this.
Changing the Status of One Task From The Portlet Main Page
- From the Default Screen of the portlet, click the link marked "Go To Main Screen" located on the lower right of the porlet, or click the title of the portlet.

- The drop-down menu allowing you to change the status of a task can be found in the column marked "Status."

- Select the desired status of the task off the drop-down menu, and then click "Save Changes" to save the changes. Note that you can do this for more than one task at once, and change them to different statuses.

Changing the Status of Several Tasks At Once From The Portlet Main Screen
- To change several tasks at once to the same status, click the checkboxes by the names of the tasks whose statuses you wish to change.

- Select the status you want to change the selected tasks to.

- Click "Go" to save the changes. Note that clicking "Save Changes" will not save the changes in this instance; the "Save Changes" button only saves the changes that are made to individual tasks. Similarly, clicking "Go" will not save the changes that are made to individual tasks.

Changing the Status of One Task From The Task Page
- To reach the task page of a task, click on the name of that task from either the Default or Main Screen.

- Use the "Status" drop-down menu to select the new status of the task, then click "Update Status" to save the changes.
