The SeVA Programming Board held some great events for the Spring 2023 semester. Many thanks to all who participated and supported SeVA's efforts! Below are some highlights for the Spring 2023 semester:

Tea with Title IX

Students came by Sarah Lawrence's Teahaus for a cup of tea, compliments of the Title IX Office! Title IX Coordinator Kristin Collado was at the picnic table outside with vouchers for those who would like a cup of tea, as well as resources and Title IX Office swag for those who stop by. We look forward to holding this event again in the fall!

Denim Day

Students, faculty, and staff alike wore denim on Thursday, April 27th in support of survivors of sexual violence. SeVA and the Title IX Office were joined by Campus Safety in the BWCC Atrium providing resources, raffling off a 'Strive' denim tote bag, and handing out popcorn and cotton candy. The SLC community wore great denim outfits to show their support!

The Clothesline Project

The Game of Life: Healthy Relationships Edition

Community members came to the BWCC on 2/13 from 1:00pm - 2:30pm to play SEVA's life-sized game inspired by the Game of Life. Participants had fun, learned about red and green flags in all sorts of relationships, grabbed some resources, and enjoyed some candy!
